We are looking for self-starters to build the presence of our propositions in the market. We offer a broad range of card services with segmented propositions where appropriate giving you the maximum range of prospects to recruit. The main duties include the promotion and development of our services to recruit both individual customers and relevant distribution partnerships (Trade Associations, Franchises, trader intermediaries and other relevant organisations) for our broad range of card services. Experience is card processing services is not essential. Full training will be provided.

The role reports to the Head of IT. You will be expected to show initiative and an ability to take the lead on significant projects.

Charity Marketing Manager
PayaCharity has been very successful in delivering contactless & QR code donation services to many UK charities, such as RNLI, British Legion, Marie Curie.
The business has recently acquired Good Thyngs (QR/NFC donations) and the consumer Toucan App. These businesses are all now being pulled together with a stronger focus on the UK Charity sector and we need to hire a dedicated Charity Marketing Manager to effectively deliver compelling on-line content to raise our profile with customers & partners in the UK Charity sector.
Description
The Charity Marketing Manager will be responsible for the growth of the company’s online presence and profile of the business in the Charity sector. The role requires a mix of both strategic direction and hands on work to implement and run successful marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with managers of the business and designer to execute delivery of the companies on-line channels and the products for sale to UK Charities.
You will monitor the effectiveness of effective ROI of all marketing campaigns, web channels and social media platforms.
To meet business goals, you will need to propose and implement optimum ways of delivering marketing content though a mix of internal resource, charity partners and existing on-line content.
The role will be based at the company’s offices in Northampton.
Responsibilities
- Planning, delivering and optimising all digital marketing activity including paid advertising, SEO, Email marketing campaigns and Social Media.
- Updating company website content and managing the delivery of future re-branding activities.
- Defining effective ways of promoting the PayaCharity’s products and services including the Toucan consumer App.
- Development of new product and service propositions and tactical marketing plans.
- Managing corporate brand identity and market positioning.
- Growing the online presence of PayaCharity through social media and other digital channels.
- Managing relationships with any agencies and design resources.
- Arranging and managing outsourcing of marketing material where applicable.
- Managing the event calendar and supporting face-to-face & on-line partner and customer sector events.
- Writing and distributing Charity Press Releases and Blog posts.
- Regular reporting monthly to Senior Managers.
Requirements
- A strong business head and understanding of market fit.
- Experience of working in the Non-for-Profit sector, understating the needs of Charities in the UK.
- Experience of effectively using on-line social media such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
- Track record of effective AdWords and social media marketing campaigns, re-marketing and search Engine optimisation.
- In depth knowledge of PPC campaigns and affiliate marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills for writing blog posts, emails and Press releases.
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Degree or CIM is preferred but not required.
